2. Tolerancia cero
No toleramos contenido ofensivo ni usuarios abusivos. Está prohibido:
- Acoso, amenazas, discurso de odio o discriminación.
- Contenido sexual explícito, desnudos o cualquier contenido que involucre a menores.
- Suplantar a otra persona, perfiles falsos, estafas, spam o pedir dinero.
- Promover violencia, drogas ilegales, armas o servicios sexuales.
3. Tu contenido
Tus fotos y textos siguen siendo tuyos.
5. Seguridad al conocer a alguien
Vanity no verifica antecedentes.
8. Contacto
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 5, 2026
By using Vanity you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. Who can use Vanity
- You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract.
- One account per person. Your profile must be yours and true: your photos, your real age.
- You may not use Vanity if we've removed you before, or if you've been convicted of a violent or sexual offence.
2. Zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or do:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination.
- Sexually explicit content, nudity, or anything involving minors.
- Impersonation, fake profiles, scams, spam or asking for money.
- Promotion of violence, illegal drugs, weapons or sexual services.
- Sharing someone else's personal information without their permission.
You can block and report anyone from their profile or the chat. We review reports, may hide a profile while we do, and remove content and ban users who break these rules, typically within 24 hours.
3. Your content
Your photos and text stay yours. You give us a limited licence to store them and show them to the people who can see your profile, only to run the service. It ends when you delete them or your account.
4. How it works
Each week you get a small slate built by a public algorithm (vanity-matching). We don't guarantee matches, dates or outcomes. Chats expire at the end of the week unless you keep them.
5. Meeting safely
Vanity doesn't run background checks. Meet in public, tell someone you trust, and never send money to anyone you meet in the app.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Liability
Vanity is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for other users' conduct or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you where you live.
